- HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON TANSH.COM?
Ordering on Tansh.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click the "SHOP NOW” button to place it in your Shopping Bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information. You may also order over the phone by calling +91-9945444333.
- WILL I BE LIABLE FOR MY JEWELLERY ORDER WHILE IT IS BEING SHIPPED?
Nope. We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it's our policy that a OTP is required for all Tansh orders, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with logistics provider.
- WHAT IF I HAVE PLACED A DUPLICATE ORDER?
If you think you might have placed a duplicate order, please contact our Customer Service Representative at +91-9945444333 or drop an email firstname.lastname@example.org to get the details and they'll make sure that everything gets sorted out to your satisfaction.
- HOW CAN I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

- CAN YOU HELP ME RESIZE MY RING?
Of course! If your Tansh ring doesn't fit well, we'll resize it free of charge (if it's returned within 10 days of its original shipment date). Expect the resize turnaround time to take about five (5) business days plus shipping time-in-transit. We can also resize your ring after the warranty period for a very competitive price. - HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED?
We strive to provide you with an experience that makes you feel confident in your purchase and use of our products and services. We hope your selection brings you many years of enjoyment. - WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Well, although it's highly unlikely– if you didn't LOVE your Tansh piece and wanted a refund, you have 10 days (for jewellery). For more detailed information, please see our Refund Policy.
- WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY PERIOD?
If your merchandise becomes defective within 10 days following your original shipping date, we'll exchange it free of charge, or refund the full cost of the merchandise excluding shipping charges.
- HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A REFUND?
You should receive your refund within three to four weeks, which takes into account the time required to ship to us, inspection and processing of your return at our facility, and processing of your refund by your credit card company. For more detailed information, please see our Refund Policy.

- HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
(a) Generally, we take 7-10 working days for all items (there are a few items that will take 2-3 weeks). If we have an item in stock, we can sometimes deliver within 48 hours.
(b) You can see the delivery time for your chosen item when viewing that particular product.
(c) If you need your order urgently or for a very specific date, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your requirement along with the Invoice / Order number. We'll do everything we can to have your item delivered to you before time.
- HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ITEM WILL BE DELIVERED?
We will email you once your item has been dispatched, we generally email delivery confirmations around 5pm so if you're expecting an item to be dispatched on a particular day, please be sure to check your email after 5pm/6pm.
- HOW WILL MY JEWELLERY BE DELIVERED?
a) Our packaging only states Tansh on the package, and the contents are not identifiable.
(b) We use our Special Delivery. This is a guaranteed fast / express delivery service, which usually takes 2 days after we post the item and will require an OTP from your registered contact number.
(c) If you are out, our logistic provider will arrange the re-delivery is.
(d) We will email you the day your item is sent so you know to look out for your delivery the following day.

- Does Tansh have a catalogue?
Yes, we have a printed catalogue with most of our products.
- Do you offer any additional discounts?
No, we do not offer any additional discounts. Our all-inclusive MRP is lower than almost any online jewellery websites. Our products are manufactured at our own warehouse and with no overheads costs. We are able to pass on this benefit to all our customers by way of honest and competitive prices.
- Do you sell gift cards or gift certificates?
You may contact our Customer Support team at +91-9945444333 or firstname.lastname@example.org and they will help you with a customized gift card. Our discount vouchers or gift certificates are not applicable on Gold Coins.
- I can't find the piece I wanted on the site anymore. Can I still order it?
It might so happen that we discontinue certain pieces or relocate it to some other page. However, we will try our best and make it available for you. Contact Tansh Customer Support team.
- Can I change my shipping address after I have place an order?
Until your order is ready to be shipped, you can change the shipping address. Please contact our Customer Support team at +91-9945444333 for assistance.
For orders that are ready for dispatch, we will be able to reship it to your new address as soon as the consignment is returned back to us.

Yes, we do accept orders for custom sizes.
- What will my packing be like?

All gold jewellery bought from Tansh.com is BIS hallmarked, one of the most respected and trusted gold grading bodies in the world.
- I lost my jewellery certificate, can I get a duplicate?
Yes we can arrange a duplicate for you for Rs 500. It will come with copy/duplicate written across the certificate as a watermark.
- Are your prices lower than a local jewellery store?
Absolutely! Our products are offered with no overheads costs, so we happily pass on the benefit to our customers.
- Are your prices lower than other online jewellery websites?

- Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes. Your order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail you provide while placing your order.
- Are there any hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The total price mentioned on the product page next to the photograph is the final price. What you see is what you pay.
- Are prices on Tansh.com subject to change?
Prices on Tansh.com are subject to change without notice. Please expect to be charged the price for the Tansh merchandise you buy as it is listed on the day of purchase.
- Do you match prices if an item I purchased goes down in price later?
All sales prices are final and Tansh does not price match. All our pricing is calculated using current precious metal prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time and our prices do too.
- What happens if the ring I bought doesn't fit?
We offer complimentary ring resizing within 10 days from shipping date. If the design doesn't permit resizing, we will replace the ring free of cost with a new ring of the new size. Beyond 10 days from date of shipping, if the design permits, we can resize the ring for a small charge. This is applicable for orders within India only.
- What if there is a problem with my purchase?
If there are any problems with the quality of the workmanship of your piece, we'll repair it free of charge and pay the shipping too. If you damage a piece, we'll repair it for you for a very reasonable fee plus shipping: we want you to enjoy your piece, not have it sitting in a box! If you are still not satisfied with product, you can return the product to us within 10 days, we have a 10-day No questions asked Money Back Policy. This is applicable for orders within India only.
- Can I take a ring to my local jeweller to have it resized?
Of course, but we don't recommend it. We can't accept returns of items that have been modified by someone else. Having someone else work on a piece also voids the 10-day money back and lifetime exchange policy, because these kinds of modifications, when done incorrectly, can damage the gems or the strength of the setting.
- What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is a payment method where you pay for an item in cash, when the courier company delivers the item to you.
- Is it secure to buy gold online at tanshjewels.com?
